The iLAN iGMS Gas Interlock System is designed to ensure gas is only available when the ventilation system is operating, helping to improve safety in commercial kitchens and catering environments. The system continuously monitors extract and/or supply fans and automatically shuts off the gas supply if a fan fails or airflow is lost. It supports dual-channel monitoring and can be used with either current sensing or optional differential pressure switches. 

For maximum installation flexibility, the iGMS supports both built-in fan current monitoring and external plug-and-play current clamp sensors. Using external current clamps is a non-invasive solution that requires no wire cutting, making installation quick and straightforward. The system includes an external emergency stop button, lockout function, clear LED status indicators, and a built-in audible alarm to alert staff when gas flow has been shut off due to a fault condition. 

The iGMS also provides advanced integration options for commercial applications. Volt-free BMS status relay outputs allow remote monitoring, while additional safety devices such as gas detectors and fire alarm systems can be connected to shut off the gas supply when required.
